Dental Bonding
A fast, affordable way to repair chips, gaps, and discoloration — in one visit.
Do you have irregular-shaped teeth or a gap between your teeth? Bad stains? Chipped tooth? No worries. Tooth bonding can help fix that. Bonding often provides a simple solution to problems that once would have required the use of extensive techniques such as crowning. It corrects defects through the use of tooth-colored materials known as composite resins. It is a very simple process. It starts with applying a weak acidic solution to the enamel of the tooth being treated. This solution creates a roughened surface, helping the bonding material to adhere. A liquid bonding material is then applied to the tooth’s roughened surface followed by a material called composite resin. This is applied to the misshaped tooth and used to rebuild to an ideal and natural shape. After being shaped, the resin hardens and the surface is polished and finished.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does dental bonding last?+
Bonding lasts 5–10 years with proper care. It's less durable than veneers but significantly more affordable.
Is bonding right for me?+
Bonding works well for minor chips, small gaps, and superficial discoloration. For more significant changes, veneers may be a better long-term solution.
